Applique Process
At Maximum Promotions, we take great pride in our detailed Appliqué banner production process, ensuring your design is brought to life with precision and care. Here's how we turn your vision into a high-quality, custom banner:
1. Art Approval and Preparation
Once you approve the artwork, our in-house team begins the Appliqué process. First, our art department uses a plotter to create a full-size pattern of your artwork on paper, ensuring the design is the correct size for production. While this step is underway, our designers create detailed digital files that will be used by our laser cutting system to precisely cut the shapes and letters needed for your banner.
2. Laser Cutting for Precision
After the pattern and digital files are finalized, they are sent to our production team. Using state-of-the-art laser cutting technology, we precisely cut the letters, logos, and other design elements from high-quality fabrics such as nylon or tackle twill (poly twill). This method guarantees accuracy and clean edges, ensuring a sharp, professional finish for your banner.
3. Appliqué Fabric Application
Once the pieces are cut, our production team carefully arranges the design elements on the fabric using the pattern to ensure everything aligns perfectly. The pieces are then heat-adhered to the banner fabric, creating a secure bond before moving on to the final stages of production.
4. Sewing with the Appliqué Method
Next, the banner is passed on to our skilled seamstress, who uses the traditional Appliqué sewing technique to stitch the fabric pieces into place. This method creates durable, long-lasting designs that maintain their appearance for years to come. Our attention to detail ensures the highest quality craftsmanship in every banner we produce.
5. Final Quality Control and Shipping
Once the appliqué sewing is complete, the banner goes through a rigorous quality control check to ensure that every detail is perfect. After passing inspection, the banner is ironed and rolled for easy handling before being shipped to you.
