Flagpole Installation & Repairs
Fly your colors high.
The process of integrating a flagpole system into your residence, business or event facility differs depending on your location. Our team of specialists will work with you to develop the best possible approach to suit your needs and budget, and we have the installation experience to ensure that your flagpole system will proudly fly your colors for years to come.
We supply flagpoles and accessories for both residential and commercial use. Below are charts of some common types and sizes of flagpoles we can provide, but by no means all options available. Please call or stop in to our store with any questions, concerns or needs!
Telescoping poles between 16’ and 25’ are regularly kept in stock at our Sioux Falls store, including heavy duty flagpoles. These types of poles raise and lower in sections, removing the need of a rope or cable. Our kits come with a PVC plastic sleeve, appropriately sized flag and pole ornament, and are available in pole colors of silver, black or bronze. While self-installation is possible, we still offer full installation and assistance from our in-house flagpole technicians.
We also provide commercial grade poles, which are ordered upon request. These poles tend to be made out of thicker materials and are stronger against higher wind speeds. Like with the telescoping poles, we offer installation and any assistance or accessories needed.
Many of our clients recognize that the investment of a flagpole system lends itself to ensuring that system will function properly for years to come. All flags and flagpoles are subjected to the elements and require regular service and maintenance. Because their major enemies are wind, water, sun and neglect, if flown daily, a flag will typically need to be replaced two or three times a year. While we cannot control the weather, we can take care of the flag and lengthen its life with proper care.
Don't know the proper care for a flag? We can help! If a storm is approaching, it is imperative to take the flag down before the storm and not to re-fly it until the storm has passed. You can occasionally wash the flag in warm mild detergent water, but be sure to let the flag dry thoroughly before storing it. Also keep an eye out for the first sign of any fraying, so you know when you need to call us and get it repaired.
